The system requires to set up the Preforms on the tray at the position of Neck down, and then the system automatically picks up every Preform on the tray and sequentially-operated transfer the Preform one-by-one onto the measurement stations. At the first station, it rotates the Preform to find out the thread-starting position of Neck that is defined as “Zero” position that is kept thought out the system. In addition the system vision system reads the “Rip (Cavity)” number automatically, and all the data is managed with this “Rip” number.
After all the measurements the Preform is discharged separately into “Good” box and “NG” box. All the measured data is stored as the defined “Lot Unit” and can be output as CSV file format.
